This is from the film 'Slumdog Millionaire' and these are examples of Canted Angles. These are all used to show a sense of uneasiness for example, a canted angle is used to show the Taj Mahal normally a very spiritual and beautiful place, the angle gives a sense of abnormality as if something is quite sinister about it. There is also the child in the rain, an awful sight on its own heightened even more by the canted angle.
